Welcome back to another POTW. Good job everyone on last week's question. We are still trying to troubleshoot the issue we've been having with publishing comments. Please don't be deterred by these issues and continue to solve the POTW and send your answers in!
Last week, as many students discovered, the correct answer was 2.6cm^2. There were a few ways to solve it. The most common method was to subtract the area of the triangle from the area of the circle. If you did not get the same answer, can you see or think of why? Take a minute to try and solve the problem again, in a different way.
Your intermediate teachers also want to thank you sincerely for a WONDERFUL field trip to LEEF on Monday. We had a wonderful time seeing you all participate and challenge yourselves.
