Theodore works in toys and came first in the race Judy works in reindeer care and came in second Charlie works in wrapping and bow department and came in third place
Judy was faster than Charlie: This tells us July can't be last and Charlie can't be first Charlie cannot care for the reindeer since he is allergic to them and he did not finish before Theodore: This tells us Charlie doesn't work in the reindeer care department and got second last in the race. The elf who builds toys was faster than the elf who works in wrapping: Judy does not build toys and Theodore does not make bows or wrap gifts: Using the previous hint we know that Theodore makes toys because only him and Charlie can make toys and Charlie is already last place. Now we also know that Judy works for the reindeer care department because Charlie can't be so he is in the wrapping and bows department. The elf who came in first does not work with the reindeer: Finally, this tells us Judy is second and Theodore came in first because Judy works for the reindeer department.
In conclusion: Theodore came in first place working with toys, Judy came in second working with reindeers and Charlie came in last/third place working with wrapping and bows.
Based on the first clue, I know that Judy came in either 1st or 2nd because there was for sure Charlie placed behind her, so she couldn't have been 3rd place. 2. Charlie is either in the toy building or wrapping and bows department. Charlie came in last, as he was not faster then Theodore or Judy 3. This clue tells me that Charlie worked in the wrapping and bows department 4. Judy works in the Reindeer Care department and Theodore is in the Toy Building department 5. Judy came in second and Theodore came in first Result: Judy came in second place and works in the Reindeer Care department. Charlie came in third and works in the Wrapping & Bows department. Theodore came in first and is in the Toy Building department.

C=Charlie, T=Theodore, J= Judy Based on the first 2 clues, i could tell that because C was slower than J, and came after T, that C came in last. Next, because it says that the elf who did toy making was faster than the gift wrapper, it means C is either gift wrapper or reindeer care, but hes allergic to reindeer meaning he wraps gifts. Then it says that the reindeer care did not come first, and because J didnt make toys, and since C already took gift wrapper, it means that J was the reindeer care as well as 2nd place. Finally it's just fill in the blanks, sine no other places or jobs are open, T is 1rst place, as well as the toy maker C=3rd place, Gift Wrapper J=2nd place, Reindeer Care T=1st place, Toy Maker

Answer below: Theodore works in the Toy Building department and finished in first; Judy works in the Reindeer Care department and finished in second; and Charlie works in the Wrapping and Bows department and finished in third.
Theodore Came in first and works in the Toy Building department Judy finished second and works in the Reindeer Care department Charlie finished third and works in the Wrapping and Bows department using the clues, I was able to eliminate possibilities till I reached a conclusion
Gold Medal: Theodore in the Toys Department Silver Medal: Judy in the Reindeer Department And last but least the bronze medal goes to... Charlie in the Bows and Wrapping Department! And thats it folks! The elf games are over and its time to head home.

Final Results: Theodore Roosevelf came in first. Makes Toys Judge Judy made second. Takes care of reindeers Charlie Sheen finished the race behind 2 and a half men. Wraps stuff.
